1. 30% of total amount is must be made at the time of booking.
2. The amount of full payment will be deducted from your credit card immediately.
3. For your own security, the reservation should be made by the accommodations.
A valid ID is required upon check-in.
4. If you wish to change your booking after the payment is complete, please cancel the original reservation online directly and make a new booking. We are not able to change any of your reservations through phone call or mail. We do not accept change the terms of payments if the payment procedure is complete.
5. Room rates including 10% service charge and 5% tax.
6. Check-in time is after 15:00. Check-out time is before 11:00.
7. For the postponement or cancellation due to force majeure such as typhoon, earthquake and the othernatural disaster,please contact us in three days before your arriva.l
8. Definition of weekdays and holidays, please contact hotel for more information.
9. Cancellation policy
Based on Tourism Bureau policy, 30% of total amount is considered as advance payment.
After confirmation is made, we will accept the cancellation under the following terms:
Up to 14 days before arrival: no cancellation fees
Up to 10-13 days before arrival: 30% of advance payment
Up to 7-9 days before arrival: 50% of advance payment
Up to 4-6 day before arrival: 60% of advance payment
Up to 2-3 day before arrival: 70% of advance payment
Up to 1 day before arrival: 80%of advance payment
Less than 1 day before arrival, no show and/or cut short stay: 100% of advance pay
